  • Planned, built and delivered 3 weekly email campaigns, generating between £1,000 and £20,000 in revenue per send

  • Led the implementation of a full email rebrand, aligning design and messaging with the wider brand

Worked with Catalyst Creative on the Affinity Water account - The UK's largest water-only supplier.

Keep Life Flowing is a customer programme focused on helping households reduce water consumption. It provides simple, practical ways for customers to use less water - from everyday habit changes to identifying and fixing leaks.

In partnership with Catalyst Creative, I supported Affinity Water’s Keep Life Flowing programme by:

  • Led the end-to-end setup of Braze, including data structure design and integration testing

  • Developed Liquid logic to power dynamic, personalised email content
